Return Policy

 

We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and send the item back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return postage costs for exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at unavitalondon@gmail.com so we can make it right.
All items are carefully quality-checked before dispatch from Una Vita London.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Rings
  • Earrings
  • Sale items
  • Personalised items
  • Tiktok claims on discounted items

This is due to hygiene and final sale policies.

Our rings are stainless steel but are custom jewellery pieces. Please handle them with care—avoid exposure to chemicals and excessive water, as this may cause tarnishing.

Exchanges

Need a different item?

The fastest way is to return the original item, and—once your return is approved—place a new order for the item you want.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
